Exercise Guidelines:
2.5-5 hours (150-300minutes/week) of moderate intensity physical activity (PA) – e.g. brisk walk, golf, swimming
1.25-2.5 hours (75-150minutes/week) of vigorous intensity physical activity (PA) – e.g. jogging, aerobics, fast cycling, soccer
An equivalent combination of moderate/vigorous intensity physical activity (PA)
Muscle strengthening on 2days/week
Lifestyle strategies for the prevention of chronic disease:

2 check-ups per year for adequate health screening and developing a specialised care plan
